• Stopping the portal on Windows ends only the portal process (by its PID), never every node.exe.
• The agent says when an answer comes from the company knowledge base.
• People are told their questions (unanswered ones too) are logged and synced; OKF_NO_USAGE_LOG=1 turns it off for them; the listing declares it.
• EMBED.md no longer names a fixed install path.
• The team-portal guide stops only the portal process on Windows too.
• The workflow engine always runs the copy shipped inside the skill, never another skill's code from the folder next to it.
