Account data
Neurons AI processes your email address, optional display name, sign-in records and linked-device identifiers to operate your account, prevent misuse and enforce device limits. Device sessions include a device name, platform, app version and last activity time.
Orders and payments
We retain order details, payment references, SePay transaction records, entitlements and requested invoice details to deliver purchases, reconcile payments and maintain required business records. Bank transfers are processed by your bank and SePay; the Store does not collect your bank password.
Skills and developers
Each skill has a separate privacy label describing its declared network access, collected data, required environment variables and local-file behavior. A developer may use external services described on the product page. Developers receive aggregate sales information, not the Store’s customer list.
Infrastructure and storage
The Store uses Cloudflare for application hosting, database, files, verification challenges and transactional email. Authentication tokens are stored as hashes on the server; the desktop app uses operating-system secure storage. Reviewer evidence is accessible to authorized reviewers, administrators and the submitting developer.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session and language preference. Web sessions normally expire after 30 days; device sessions remain valid while renewed and may be revoked from your account. Operational backups are retained for 30 days. Payment and audit records may be kept longer for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may edit your profile, unlink devices and sign out from the account page. To request access, correction or deletion of personal data, contact Neurons AI through AI Coworker support using the email associated with your account. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes.
