Developer agreement
Joining
Registration is free for version 1 of the Developer Program. An application requires a verified Store account, a unique handle, support contact and acceptance of this agreement. Neurons AI reviews applications before enabling publication tools.
Your responsibilities
You must own or have permission to distribute all content in your skill, comply with applicable licenses, provide an accurate English description, disclose data and network access, supply working test scenarios and maintain a support channel. Do not include malware, undisclosed persistence, credential theft, deceptive instructions or infringing material.
Review and distribution
You authorize Neurons AI to store, inspect, run in an isolated environment, sign and distribute submitted packages. Every release, including updates and free skills, requires review and human approval. Published package versions are immutable. We may request changes, reject submissions, suspend distribution or revoke versions for safety and policy reasons.
Revenue and payouts
The developer share is 70% of eligible revenue and the Store share is 30%. Neurons AI’s own official products retain 100%. Refunds reduce eligible revenue. Monthly payouts require valid bank details and a minimum payable balance of 500,000 VND; lower balances carry forward. Administrators reconcile and mark actual bank transfers. Developers are responsible for applicable taxes, subject to any legally required withholding.
Customer data and support
You receive aggregate sales and installation information. The Store does not provide customer emails as a marketing list. Respond to support requests, describe dependencies and third-party charges clearly, and keep your privacy notice accurate.
Ending participation
You may unlist a published skill. Existing customer rights and applicable support obligations continue. Neurons AI may suspend a publisher for violations and retain records needed for reconciliation, safety review or legal obligations. Vietnamese law applies subject to mandatory rights.
